hib's zen • fight time
I practice this way specifically for each fight I take. When I am ready to fight, I split. On the outside I am less affected, joking, or listening to music, zoned, in a state of readied calm. On the inside, I am ready to explode, hard to contain, ready to flip my switch and be turned loose to due what is necessary to win. I’m focused letting go naturally and fighting freely!
Concentrating intensely on fighting like this is thrilling but it can often be draining too. It is much more satisfying to be in a more general relaxed state of harmony on a more regular basis. Cycling the intensity of you fighting thoughts with relaxed thoughts keeps it sane as well as a functional and a good utilizable tool.
