Level 1 - Kicking & Punching Fundamentals This class is offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. The PFC introductory Kicking & Punching Fundamentals class is designed to develop proper body mechanics for striking in Mixed Martial Arts.
This popular class is very challenging as a general physical prep class. We begin training here developing core stability, cardio, muscle endurance, speed, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, etc, Instruction in the proper use of all the Fight Club’s professional training equipment is included. This class may be started at any date and is a prerequisite for all other MMA programming we offer in our Black Belt Ranking system. Class structure varies daily, and is set to high-energy music, which makes it a great way to blow off steam and a real blast!
