LEVEL1 - MMA Fundamentals & Conditioning

This class is offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

The PFC introductory MMA Fundamentals & Conditioning class is designed to develop proper body mechanics for striking in Mixed Martial Arts as well as good ground sense for grappling and transitions between the two base ranges.

LEVEL1 - MMA Fundamentals & Conditioning
This popular class is very challenging as a general physical prep class in addition to a fundamental mechanics class. We begin training here developing core stability, cardio, muscle endurance, speed, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, etc, Instruction in the proper execution of basic MMa and the use of all the Fight Club's professional training equipment is included. This class may be started at any date and is a prerequisite for all other MMA programming we offer in our Black Belt Ranking system. Class structure varies daily, and is set to high-energy music, which makes it a blast and a great way to blow off steam!
